In partnership with Jobs for the Future and Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation, TechSmart Learning Fund is honored to have been selected as part of GitLab Foundation’s inaugural Powering Economic Opportunity Fund.

Yesterday, we proudly launched the TechSmart Learning Fund, a bold new initiative to build a future-ready workforce in Arizona and beyond. TechSmart is designed to connect learners, especially those furthest from opportunities, to high-wage, high-growth careers in semiconductors, biotech, clean energy, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and other emerging industries. By aligning education, industry, philanthropy, and government, we are creating a learner-centered talent pipeline that can serve as a model for the nation.
